Several students of BMS at Ramanujan College have secured admissions for Post Graduate studies in prestigious institutions of India and abroad such as INSEAD, France; Babson College, USA; Fleming College, Toronto, Canada; various IIMs; XLRI, Jamshedpur;NarseeMonjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai; MDI, Gurgaon; IMT Ghaziabad, amongst others. They have also been placed in different profiles at good Corporate houses & Startups.
Some of the students have started their startups and are managing them successfully. Few of them are listed below:
- Navaagat: A Non-Governmental Organisation entirely run by students that initiate different projects for social welfare. It aims to work towards upliftment of underprivileged women in the society and provide resourceful education to children enabling them to dream of a future that they can create for themselves.
- Localepal: An initiative which tends to if not eradicate, then reduce the Exploitation and Search cost of both domestic and international foreigners in Delhi! It connects them with a LOCALE student residing in Delhi who knows the real Scenario.
- Bookademics- An online platform selling packs and bundles of Academic books online, with Academic resources like previous year papers, notes and other academic essentials at your doorstep.
- Holiday Caravan: It is a traveling startup focusing on youth tourism and volunteer tourism. The core task involves outreach programs for schools and universities and CSR projects for corporates. It also focuses on rural Tourism. The students have partnered with some farm owners near Delhi NCR to carry out our Rural Tourism theme based activities.
- EDF- Eat Dessert First: A small bakery-from-home started by a mom and her daughter. Its one-stop for brownies, chocolates, cupcakes, puddings, all cakes and other desserts.
