The University of Delhi has implemented CBCS starting from the academic session 2015 – 16. The CBCS provides an opportunity for the students to choose courses from the prescribed courses comprising core, elective and skill based courses. The courses are evaluated by means of a grading system in CBCS. The syllabi are designed, finalized and amended as per the University of Delhi Guidelines from time to time. The Syllabus can be found on the following links:
For Students admitted in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018
For Students admitted in 2019, 2020 and 2021
The syllabi have been prepared based on Learning Outcomes based Curriculum Framework (LOCF). The programme-learning outcomes and course learning outcomes have been clearly specified in the syllabi to help prospective students, parents and employers understand the nature and extent of the degree programme; to maintain national and international standards, and to help in student mobility.
